Fun Favor Idea

The editable favor trend is still going strong, in case any of you brides were wondering. This is a cool favor idea that is outside a chocolate dipped strawberry or monogrammed cookie. These are little mini chocolate cakes from Godiva. I bet you could contact your local bakery to whip something up and it might be a little more affordable because you have also purchased a cake from there. It would really cool if your mini cakes had some matching detail to the main cake....now my head is running with ideas. Does anyone else have any particular spins to this fun yet tasteful gesture? Running of the Brides!

I have never seen actual footage of this other than news clips on T.V. I have a video clip below and I can't believe how crazy some people get when it comes to the gown sometime. Would you do a running of the brides if one was held in San Diego?

Cool Color Combos

I was looking at some of these color combinations online and thought they were so different. It would definitely make for s cool country type of wedding theme with a little twist on a rustic-shabby feel to it. What do you think?

Location, Location, Location

I was looking around online today and saw this picture of a wedding which looks like it is in a cave type hallway but actually looks pretty cool. I don't know if there is such a place in San Diego to have a wedding with this feel but you never know. I would love to have a show that has extreme weddings, not the kind that has you jumping out of a plane but more on the exotic and very specific kind. What do you think? Platinum Weddings

This last Sunday the W.E. Network aired a local platinum wedding that I wanted to share with everyone. Anisha Gwynn, daughter of Hall of Fame baseball player Tony Gwynn, had her dream San Diego wedding about a year ago. I posted a picture of the wedding along with the link to the site so everyone could see who participated in the wedding! Good job to all the vendors, we put San Diego on the map again and we look good doing it!
