Real Wedding Wednesday
Becky and Nick De La Torre
Hyatt Mission Bay
Photographed by True Photography Weddings
Destined to meet, this couple got engaged after completing their final schooling and starting to pursue their careers. A trip to New York resulted in a marriage proposal that took place in front of a Manhattan skyline that took Becky’s breath away. These San Francisco residents met in San Diego, so they decided on a destination wedding. They exited their ceremony on a fire engine with lights and sirens thanks to Nick’s involvement with the fire department. The couple and their guests danced the night away underneath a banyan tree adorned with floating glass vases of flowers, crystals, and lit hanging crystal chandeliers. The entire night was completely beautiful and exactly what they had dreamed of.

Tabletop Inspiration
Wow! Bright green and pink-what a fabulous color combo for this Whimsical Fiesta inspired table top design by Charmed Events and Whimsey Florals.
Whimsical bamboo green contrasted with a dark espresso overlay allows the colorful embellishments in the napkins and stationery to attract the attention at any fiesta. A variety of florals include hot pink and orange roses, deep purple gladiolas, and green cymbidium orchids surround the square candle bases in a variety of sizes to add dimension and a touch of elegance.
