Trend Spotting

Bliss Events shares four of her favorite ideas.

Arrangements with unique materials such as wire and LED lights (so they glow from within the arrangement).  These sorts of materials surprise and delight the guests, who have possibly never seen anything like it before.  It is memorable!

Using a vintage dictionary or book and asking guests to peruse the book and find a word or phrase that they believe represents the Bride & Groom, then they circle it, write a message, and sign their name.  A great idea is to have sticky notes or flags for the guests to mark the page on which they wrote (if you hire a graphic designer to design your wedding paper goods, they can custom-design sticky note flags!)

Offering lots of options for guests!  Mini cakes are cute and unique… they can be set on the table as part of the centerpiece or on a station/buffet.  Anything goes nowadays with dessert options at weddings!

Flower petals down the aisle in a decorative shape.  Be sure to block the aisle with a ribbon tied at the back so the guests do not walk through the pretty design as they are taking their seats!
