Mangia Monday: Seared Wild King Salmon

This gorgeous, seasonal dish from Brothers Signature Catering and Events takes fresh salmon to a whole new level.  The three-part, main course meal is crusted in a pistachio curry crust for that satisfying crunch, drizzled in a cumin vinaigrette and topped with a savory square of avocado butter.  With a dish this fantastic, we are so excited to see what Brothers Signature Catering and Events has in store for our taste buds in the future.
