Inspiration Thursdays: Bohemian Seaside Daydream Redux

From the photographer: "When I started to create the look. I wanted to include a mix of colors and props. I wanted the table to look and feel like a husband and wife had just eloped and were celebrating their special moment on the beach having a romantic evening dinner. The table runner fabric colors were a combination of blue, grey, purple and it resembled a watercolor technique to it. I then incorporated white dinner scalloped shape plates with a gold trim. I wanted the table to have a splash of color so that color would be the marsala color of the year. The table napkins were lavender sheer fabric and half of the napkins were dipped into red wine and red Kool-Aid to create a somewhat Marsala color I added a mix of silver flatware, the stemware collection was a mix of pewter cups, purple goblets and glassware had a grey and marsala watercolor style to it. The name and place cards were a pearly color shell with white calligraphy writing on it. The centerpiece was my double clam food party food holder and I used it as a floral centerpiece holder. The romance on the table came from the mixed wine bottles with candle wax on them. The peacock chairs with the floral attached to them was the icing on the cake those chairs created the tablescape I had envision. The floral New creation went well with a centerpiece I had been dying to use for a styled shoot. The floral design they created for the centerpiece tablescape included all the colors on the pallet for the styled shoot.

The flowers included in the floral design throughout the shoot included: Lace-Chocolate, Amaranthus, hanging-red, Ranunculus, burgundy Brunia, Silver Dusty Miller Jasmine Vine, White Garden Rose , Patience Stock-white Privet Berry Rose-Amnesia Veronica-white Belladonna Delphinium ark blue Cymbidium Orchid Sprays, large-burgundy Belladonna Delphinium-light blue ucalyptus, Silver Dollar Stock-lavender Succulents, Rosettes 4"Gerbera Gerrondo burgundy. The cake is such a gorgeous cake it was even better then what I had envision and expected. The Invitation Suite Clara Adame, WOW! That’s all I can say Clara from did everything I asked her to do for the styled shoot and even better. I asked her if she can write on fabric a beautiful poem she said to me I have never done that but I will try. She did it and her work was phenomenal from the calligraphy writing on the shell to display the place card to the writing on fabric and the water color technique she used for the invitation suite and menu she made me love watercolor and calligraphy even more.

The Dangelo Boutique in San Diego has the best gowns around. The Bride wore First look was a fitted sweetheart shape all lace ivory creme color gown. We then added the bell sleeve top waist jacket that Diane created for the dress to make it look like it was one piece gown. The jewelry was a boho gold style necklace that was hand painted to incorporate the colors of the shoot pinks and lavender and gold. The second looked was a fitted white satin gown and adding the boho style bell sleeve jacket made the look very chic and romantic makeup and hairstyle was created by Meredith Andre De Leon. The makeup on the model that Meredith created was a natural look for the bride and soft beach tussled waves for the hair style tux Friar Tux Shop. They have the biggest and best selection The Groom Wore Rentals and props. Teresa, owner of Rickety Swank the perfect pieces to complete the styled shoot from my favorite pieces the peacock chairs to the tent.
