Our clubhouse offers a stylish mix of classic elements with modern conveniences, making it an exquisite space for a perfect wedding, ceremony, and reception. What makes Carmel Mountain Ranch Country Club stand out as a wedding venue?
Our entire staff treats all of our events as if they were our own. We work with a variety of backgrounds, budgets and special requests; making every wedding perfection whether celebrating with 25 or 200.

What spaces are available for ceremonies/ receptions? How many people can you accommodate?
We offer both indoor and outdoor spaces for wedding ceremonies and receptions. We only host one event at a time, making our entire Country Club a private facility, that you and your guests can feel at home in. We can accommodate up to 200 people.

Is there in-house catering?
Our chef offers an amazing menu selection fit for a wide variety of cultural or dietary needs.

Is there a day-of coordinator?
We do offer day-of coordination for an additional fee.

How would you describe the Carmel Mountain Ranch Country Club experience?
Couples who celebrate their special day with us definitely get the total package. We are close to modern day conveniences like hotel accommodations, easy access to the freeway and nearby shopping centers but at the same time are private, only hosting one event at a time. Our attention to detail is unmatched and our staff takes care of every client and guest from the day they book our venue to even after their wedding day.

What is one important piece of advice you would like to share with couples in choosing a wedding venue?
Before venue shopping, make a list of your "Top 5 Must Haves" for your venue. Whether it be "no curfew", "by the beach", etc., know what you are shopping for before you begin. Venue shopping can be a very overwhelming process, so having that list will help you narrow down exactly what you are looking for and eliminate venues that may be nice but not checking off your must-have list.
