Mangia Monday: Vanilla-Poached Lobster

We're headed into lobster season and Continental Catering has got our mouths watering once again.  We're talking about their Vanilla-Poaced Lobster dish on their Summer Sit Down menu.  Get your plump, meaty lobster on a bed of fresh fruit like cantaloupe, mango and papaya and a drizzle of aged balsamic vinegar and honey vinaigrette. Need we say more?
