Mangia Monday: Cabo Wabo Tequila Reposado Spring Infusion

Celebrate Cinco de Mayo the right way with this Cabo Wabo Tequila Reposado Spring Infusion cocktail recipe from Bevmo! Use adorably, stylish mason jars as slow-cooker like instruments to infuse the cocktail ingredients together for a taste unlike any other.  Check out the recipe below and let the festivities begin!

Cabo Wabo Tequila Reposado Spring Infusion
4 ounces Cabo Wabo Tequila Reposado
¼ cup pineapple, chopped
½ lime, sliced
2 mint sprigs
1 slice jalapeño slice
1 cinnamon stick

Directions
Fill a mason jar with the chopped pineapple, sliced lime, mint leaves, jalapeño slice, and cinnamon stick. Pour in the Cabo Wabo Tequila Reposado, seal the jar with the lid, and gently shake. Put in the refrigerator and agitate the jar every few hours. When it’s time to serve, open the lids and put a straw inside, or strain the jar to collect the collect, and serve.

Be prepared to be transferred to the tranquil wine county of Tuscany, Italy. To create this stunning vignette a venue was chosen that looks as if were taken straight from Italy A pallette of light peach, deep maroon, olive green and shades of natural browns was used leaving no detail missed. The gelato bar, charcuterie station, olive oil favors and one of a kind mint green Vespa were chosen to be reminiscent of Italian tradition.
