Mangia Monday: Cabo Wabo Tequila Reposado Spring Infusion

Cabo Wabo Tequila Reposado Spring Infusion
4 ounces Cabo Wabo Tequila Reposado
¼ cup pineapple, chopped
½ lime, sliced
2 mint sprigs
1 slice jalapeño slice
1 cinnamon stick

Fill a mason jar with the chopped pineapple, sliced lime, mint leaves, jalapeño slice, and cinnamon stick. Pour in the Cabo Wabo Tequila Reposado, seal the jar with the lid, and gently shake. Put in the refrigerator and agitate the jar every few hours. When it’s time to serve, open the lids and put a straw inside, or strain the jar to collect the collect, and serve.
