Eco Caters is dedicated to providing the highest quality catering with handcrafted foods made 100% from scratch while minimizing our impact on the environment. We do so primarily by using local organic food bought from farms and ranches that raise produce and animals in a sustainable and humane way. We work directly with the farms to guarantee a very high quality and fresh product that is sourced right here in Southern California or the Washington DC area, depending on your event location. We also maintain the highest level of service at every event to ensure that your guests can enjoy the food and company and let us take care of all the details. We can provide catering services only or you can use our full service event and wedding coordinators to help you plan your entire event from start to finish.

We serve organic cuisine with influences from all over the world. Cali-Creole is our specialty which is the combination of California fresh ingredients with rich Creole flavors. We can customize any menu to the preference of our clients.
We wanted to bring seasonal fresh organic ingredients to the wedding industry. Restaurants long ago picked up on the higher quality ingredients and we felt there was a void in the events industry. Our goal is 100% satisfaction and we reach that goal through delicious flavorful cuisine and top notch service.
Surfing, Hiking, Yoga, Rock Climbing, you name something active and outdoors and we are there. The reason both Nick and I moved to California was to enjoy the beautiful weather. We both enjoy spending time outdoors at the beach or mountains.
Each wedding is different so it keeps our job interesting. The joy and appreciation we find in making people happy on one of the most special days of their lives is very gratifying. The energy you find at a wedding is quite amazing. Everybody is having so much fun!
At Eco Caters we try to provide the highest level of service and satisfaction while mirroring your personality. If you are looking for high end service, that is our specialty. If you want a laid back casual feel we can do that too! We are also full service wedding coordinators so we understand every aspect of your wedding and pride ourselves in leaving no details behind.
We are the only caterer serving organic cuisine in San Diego. We work directly with local farms as well purveyors to make sure that every ingredient is of the highest quality.
