Wedding Wednesday: Hannah & Zach

Hannah and Zach both competed and coached rowing at the collegiate level. It was through their love of rowing that they met. Zach proposed Christmas morning with the help of their puppy, Schroeder. La Costa Resort & Spa was the perfect backdrop for a dream wedding. The short and sweet ceremony was personalized and endearing. Their reception included Hawaiian entertainment, personalized cocktails, and lots of dancing for all ages.

{BE} Coordinated was created by two ladies who had a passion for events. Both Billie & Jessica have backgrounds that have led to the success of BE Coordinated by giving them the diversity and creativity to make each event unique, organized, and fantastic!

Why wedding and event planning? What about your career makes it worthwhile each day?
We both come from backgrounds of working corporate and private events. The excitement and satisfaction of helping a couple create their perfect day no matter budget, size, or any other variable is so rewarding and that's why it is so worthwhile.

What's your favorite part or moment of the wedding and why?
Jessica: My favorite part of the wedding is seeing all of the family and friends enjoy their time together. Most weddings allow family members from all over the world to come together and celebrate.
Billie: I love the moment right before the bride walks down the aisle... she is heading down the aisle towards the future and the moment is priceless.

How would you describe the {BE} Coordinated experience?
At {BE} Coordinated, we treat each couple as if they were our family and friends. We want to give them the most of what they want for their special day without causing stress and anxiety. Our goal is to ensure the planning process is just as fun as the wedding itself.

Name one thing that sets {BE} Coordinated apart from its competitors?
We firmly believe it is the relationships we establish with our clients. We always develop such a wonderful friendship with our clients and still stay in touch with the majority of them.

What is one important piece of advice you would like to share with brides? 
The most important piece of advice is to remember that the most important part of your wedding day is that you are marrying your life partner and this is the beginning of your future... so relax and enjoy the process. We are here to ensure that each couple can do that.
