Molly and Derick Serrano wanted their wedding to be a celebration and so they really encouraged a party. The couple kicked off the reception with a choreographed first dance to ACDC. They had some unique and creative ideas to personalize their wedding, including street signs with their last names, and using the wedding date for the street sign numbers. The then incorporated the signs for Save the Date announcements, and again at the ceremony in lieu of an arch. The street signs were in garden pottery pots and decorated by
Moments in Bloom. The theme was carried to the reception by naming the tables various street names that were meaningful to them throughout their lives. This made the seating arrangements easy to create because certain guests were associated with the street names from Molly & Derick's childhood, college, and their current life together.
