Speedy Gonzalez said it best when he screamed about this tasty treat in all those fun saturday morning cartoons. Festivities Catering & Special events headed the call and put together just a knock-out of a dish with their masa & corn arepa cake. And then they went above and beyond by topping with shredded chicken, tomatillo salsa, crema chopped cilantro and pumpkin seeds. Makes me want to race to be first in line! Can't let speedy be the first to taste this one!
